Bumpers
#1
So far I've built two from metal that was cut by a friend of mine. These are based off desert thrashers design he posted on classicbroncos. Mine has a brush guard, I had to modify chuzies for the stand up winch. I'll post up those pics soon [Image: 6bace4a3b49a6c89cdf6d265d0241456.jpg][Image: 82d6f296224df6692af14d93f8f92568.jpg][Image: afbb5978a94ae2a3c9e902163bffb994.jpg][Image: c4007ac911b1febcf55edf78eea726b2.jpg]

We added an upper plate to support the top bolts on the 8274. I don't have a good pic of it though.

The design was good but we did have to modify some of the lower plates as they were drawn incorrectly from the get go. No biggie. It is turning out great. Hope to finish up next time I'm in CHS.

Nice looking bumpers. Mine is functional but it does appear like it was built in a home shed. Hey it was.
