Here is my next build now that my 76 is sold. I have an uncut tub, front axle, skinny 33s, BC tank, uncut fenders, tailgate, eyebrow grill and hood. Plus i have a lot of extras that i saved from my 76. Hopefully I will put my hands on matching rear axle in the coming weeks. The frame is in great shape and still shows both VINs.

This build will literally be a spare parts build. There are still lots of parts to to collect. My goal is to have a lifted uncut bronco for weekend driving, similar to my 76 i just sold. I haven't decided on motor and transmission yet, but I do have some ideas.

Hope you enjoy my build!
Matt
Alright man! You best get on it, we are waitin Big Grin

Hope your progress goes better than mine is right now. Working a real job is over-rated...
You gotta jack that thing up in the air!

There's no trash in my trailer!
I know what you mean Charles! Work is overrated! And just think I have my regulatory job and mitary job! Gotta turn that dollar in order to pay those bronco bills!

Casey, I plan to go back to same lift. I have a new 2" body lift and hope to put together a softer 3.5" susp lift. I didn't so mind the Superlift coils but would like the next softer spring up. Don't need super flexible coils that stretch 30". Probably go with the same 4.5" rear leafs but hope to go with more than the 5 leafs I had before. Jbass has a rear end for me all I gotta do is go pick it up.
i recommend wh rock crawlers...good offroad and street manners
Here is a pic of the bare 77 frame. Plan to fill a lot of in needed holes plus add some strength in the PS box area. Wouldnt mind moving rear shocks to inside using a BC shock bar. I plan to go crazy at this point before sandblasting and paint/ powder coat. Does anyone have any other good ideas to add that's worth doing?
I liked the inboard shocks...but it really limits you on a full exhaust option...can't run anything pass the shocks. Also it might be in the way if u decide the use a anti wrap bar. I think moving ur stock mounts forward to the front of axle will give you more travel. Or small shock hoops. F250 front shock towers are a great upgrade.

That red hood would look good on it!
Other than shock mounts will your suspension need track bar drop bracket or riser
Mounting holes for fuel, brake, wiring
Mounting for your bc fuel tank
The only thing bout that powder coating is patching won't be easy I don't think

Well I do have three hoods to choose from! My plan is to combine yours and Charles' into one great hood.
Wanted to update this thread some. Got my hands ahold of a 77 rearend compliments of Jbass. Will be picking up a hardtop in the next week or two from Dixieboy. Got some 66 light buckets off of Millknob for the eyebrow grill I got off of Bart. Got a deal on galvanizing my frame for $100 so I need to do that before those guys change their minds.
