It has been inferred that I blow the What have you wrenched on your Bronco thread up and got to thinking maybe I should start a build thread. LOL Hopefully I will be able to find this thread on Tapatalk when I want to post to it. My Build will likely never be considered to be nice but I hope to make it very Unique.

good thinking dwight, fill it up with pics
I just like busting your chops. Like I said the other day, it looks better in that pic Big Grin

She's come a pretty long way. Seems like every time I see it, you've done something pretty significant. Guessing she'll have locked axles next go round.
No offense takin Bart. I had been thinking that I should start one. You just nudged me over the edge to do it. LOL I have been trying to do in 6 months what you guys have accomplished in years of doing. I think you are right about locking the front. First of the week I hope to take it somewhere and get some new exhaust put on it. I think I will go back to a 2 into 1 system. I have done more reading on Lunch Boxes and think I will give the Spartan a try. I have a code to get 10% off and free shipping from 4 wheel parts.
The Spartan Locker for the Front is ordered. 264 and change from Las Vega drive train w/ free shipping out of Tenn. I am currently working on mounting the Corbeaus seats in it.
next needed upgrade with a front locker would be spicer joints and full circle clips...clips arent much, just takes time to do the job...but well worth it. or if the joints are new already, get a wet rag and put a small!! tack weld on each cap to the ears of the axle shaft. the whole purpose here is to keep the caps from ejecting out. #1 main cause of failure
They are pretty new. I put them in just before Tellico. The bad is that they are Moog. Did not know the difference in quality when I bought them. Reckon I will run them for a while if they do not fail. I do need to get 6 new Spicer joints and rebuild my drive shafts.
I am supposed to take it to the muffler shop Wednesday morning to get new exhaust bent up and put on. Gonna go back to single exhaust which should be sufficient with my stock engine. Gotta be better then the swing set extension system that is on it now.
Even cheap joints can be made surprisingly strong in the axleshafts when used with full circle clips and tacked. Strong expensive joints will still break when the caps twist out and the failure of the axleshaft is usually collateral.

There is no possible way to post too much on the "what have you done" thread. If you want to record your progress here, great. Either way, we are just happy to have you participating.
When you speak of full circle clips. Where can they be sourced? Local/From a off road supplier? Do I need to know what diameter caps are on it? More info would be greatly appreciated as I will be pulling the axles to install the Locker hopefully next weekend, and that would be a good time to put these clips on if I can find them and get them here by then.
