Has the fires in South Carolina effected any of our members? I just heard about the fire this morning, 40 houses, what a shame. At least they said no injuries.

The news said it was near Myrtle Beach SC, near the intercoastal waterway.

3000 acres it's a mess about 17 miles from my house. started on hwy 90 wind whipping at 50mph didn't help much either. it jumped hwy 31 which is 3 lanes each way with medieans. burned waterway hills golf course and the grand dunes:crying:got some houses and alot of timber.:rebel:

So far, i haven't seen anything about any cb4x4 families being involved, but there is a thread on WD... with pics. Everyone safe there too... but some amazing pics.

it's now consumed 7000 to 8000 acres,some 30 to 50 homes in just the barefoot resort area, with 20 million dollar homes in the dunes club. and still burning
