Sent from my GS3 on Cyanogenmod with the older / better version of Tapatalk! mini buildup - snipes243 - 10-09-2015 I was told a Nissan, but Im not a 100% sure, I have ran the numbers on the side an got nothing. Im staring to lean on the fact its either a grand Cherokee box or a sector shaft from a grand cherokee was swapped in since the ford pitman arm fits on it. mini buildup - nhopman - 10-09-2015 From Jeff's Bronco Graveyard 1966-1977 Ford Bronco Power Box! - NEW Delphi 600 Power Box - 14:1 Ratio Approx 3.75 Turns Lock to Lock - 11/16”-36 Spline Input Shaft - Fits Stock Factory Pitman Arm - 14MM / 14MM Flare Hose Fittings - Box Ships with 4 Bolts & Washers, Box bolts to frame in stock location with 3 Bolts, 4th can be drilled and used for extra strength. - Standard 5yr / 50,000 Mile Warranty - Made in the USA This is not a direct replacement for the factory steering gear box. The Delphi box utilizes different hose fittings and input shaft gear spline size. If you are running a Ford pump you will need Part #12826F hose kit If you are running a Saginaw pump you will need Part #12826S hose kit From BC Broncos. The DELPHI BOX This box is found on Nissan's and Toyota's is new and has 4 mounting bolts but is designed for small tires. The mounting ears have a tendency to break off when stressed, the fittings are metric and it requires a different pitman arm. We wouldn't recommend using this box for tires bigger than 33". This box will bolt to the frame with 3 out of the 4 holes but requires other modifications. mini buildup - chuzie - 10-09-2015 Uh, ya. You may want to reconsider using that box homie. Its free and temporary until I can order a new fabricated box from AGR. When I done with it I will put it on the 72 that I have. mini buildup - snipes243 - 10-09-2015 nhopman Wrote:From Jeff's Bronco Graveyard Yeah I saw that, I will have to double check tonight, but I thought they were bigger than 14mm. mini buildup - snipes243 - 10-14-2015 Well since the steering box I'm ordering is going to take a month. So I'm working on backup. So I installed the stock box I purchased a few weeks. When I move the pitman arm. The input shaft moves in and out. Is there a way to tighten this up? https://vimeo.com/142456888 So that was box one/ option one, the second is my Delphi box, today I got one of the fittings the other comes in tomorrow. One of the treads needs a little cleaning so I have tap coming in tomorrow. Not the strongest but it will work for the time being. Last thing working towards ordering the rear shock mounts. Still deciding what does everybody run? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
