Just a rebuild, it's gonna stay with my 76 when I sell it down the road. Just need it to be firmer. I'd like to do the 4x4x2 on the "build" I am supposed to be doing already in this thread.

Found a new 4x4 shop in the middle of downtown Columbia today called CFS Off Road. They seem to be more focused on Jeeps. I told them about CB4x4 and told them about the M&G up in Charlotte. I will keep my eyes on them.

I would think undertaking such a project should be way above the meager capabilities of an Air Force maintainer!!! :hysterical:

If you can read a TO, then you can build a bronco!

Cleaned up whatever PS box this is. Dad said its from a F100 4x4 but I don't know? None-the-less its going to West Texas OR next week. Fits in the flat rate box really well too.

Went to the DMV today to get two out-of-state titles put in my name. I was told in order to change the titles they would have to put eyes on the frame's VIN. I told them they are both frames only, not complete cars. So now I will have to trailer both my 72 and 77 frames to Columbia next Friday for visual verification. I hope the 72 has the VIN on it (although it did have a matching glovebox door) never did chk it as all I really wanted was the uncut tub. The 77 I just picked up does have a matching VIN on the frame but no glovebox door. So next Friday will be fun.
I also inquired on removing a VIN from one frame to another. She said "no", the VIN must stay with the original frame.

Installed stock seats back into the 76. Mailed off the power steering box last Thursday so should be hearing back from those cats soon. Picking up a 77 front end I putva deposit on a few weeks ago, foundvsome really nice challenger wheels I may get, just way too nice to pass up! Still looking for some doors in excellent shape.
