What the hell was he thinking? Trying to go through that big deep mud puddle?

An experienced 4 wheeler would have:

1. Called for help before trying to cross the big puddle by ones self.
2. Accelerated smartly around the puddle prior to getting stuck.
3. Avoid calling anyone with a Ford for help.

Glad you were able to rescue your buddy with no loss of life or equipment!

He told me he was playing around down there with the mower and it cut off on him so instead of pushing it back he was gonna tow it and so after I pulled him out he hooked the srap to the mower and hit a diif. patch of mud and got stuck again at the end of the day he finally towed the mower back home. He called me because I had his strap and he knew the bronco could pull him out with no problem.

They're building a replica of The Great Wall of China at the end of my block (or so it seems to us)... Pulling out of the neighborhood, I see that they have their Dually to be what looks like stuck in the ditch... To my disbelief, it was not stuck, they we trying to pull a skid-steer out that they buried - tracks deep. Normally, one would try pulling the stuck rig out the way that it went in, not continue pulling it further into the ditch... It wasn't going to happen - PSD or no PSD...

WooWoo!! Here's a chance to stretch the 12k winch's muscles on my FSB... Holy crap are those bobcats HEAVY! Took my winch, and another skid-steer yanking on the stuck Cat while Vaughn was using its own bucket to shovel itself backwards...

Just one pic, as my camera man (Vaughn) had to drive the skid-steer because my spanish isn't very good and we were having a little comm-problem. I really want to buy that Rosetta Stone... Now I just might have to.
