I appreciate your interest in satisfying the masses, but polls on this forum do not often yield conclusive results in a timely manner.
My suggestion is to place the decision in the hands of the baker (your wife). She knows what sells best and is typically preferred by clients.

Man I got a pile of junk to do!! Baseball is suckin' up all my time but will be all but done next Saturday so I'll be on the mad rush then. Was in Home Depot checking out today and my baby-ist daughter tried to get me to buy her a bag of jerky. She was pleased when I told her Dwight might be bringing some to the run. Got the wad of Wilson's coming this year!!

I put the first batch 4 lbs of deer meat on the dehydrater this morning. That will make between 1 and 1 1/2 lbs of Jerky in 12-14 hours. Less than 2 weeks til we start showin up at URE. Looking forward to it.
