Who can CUT and RE-SPLINE axles??? - chuzie - 08-20-2009

I called them and they said it is just the casting that makes them look that way and he assures me they are new. As for the C-clips, he said it was the first time he has had this issue in hundreds of orders. He called the manufacturer and they suggested I grind the clips down to fit and it will not void the warranty. Still kind of frustrated I had to mod a new part though.

I know what you mean. I have had similar problems before with clips being the wrong size and even gone to grainger to get specialty sizes for new parts - frustrating to say the least. Glad to know they say it's new though.
