so i think that i have traced the short to the steering column. i will pull steering wheel and turn signal switch out along with wiring and see if i can find the culprit. but for now i cant get fuse to blow again..go figure

i think that i found the culprit of my problem! bad turn signal switch. i have lost turn signals but not blowing fuses anymore. so hopefully i wont be running in circles...
