One more ? is it safe to remove the bed pan in the back and the floor pans for both drivers and pasangers side all at the same time and blast while those are removed?

Also how much of a lip do you recomend for the bed pan in the back as the edges of it are rusted almost all the way around right up next to the wheel well.

Since you have a few broncos with bad floor panels Id suggest practicing on one of those. Replacing cross members can not be fun, especially if you cut through one.

You can do all that at one time. You will need to reinforce it all, depending on how much you remove out of the bed area. It adds a lot of strength to the rear section.
