Actually, I made the mistake of thinking it was a good idea to lock my converter and mash the pedal at low RPM. That is what initiated the wheel hop and caused the shear. Lesson learned.

No. WH sells it and it isn't cheap. My main issue was the added length. Didn't want to rework my rear driveshaft. I just carry a spare assembly now.
