So what everyone up too? - Broncitis - 07-31-2016 Poured a 28x20 slab, framed walls and roof, put metal on it and am in process of insulating, paneling and wiring it. I will have a work area with heat and air soon. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G930A using Tapatalk So what everyone up too? - broncosbybart - 08-01-2016 THAT looks awesome Dwight! What did you use for a ridge beam? If you are going to sheath the entire inside, you might consider cutting 4x8 sheets of Hardie panel for the bottom 2' of the walls. It is more expensive but is a cement board (non-flammable). Or, you could use some of their trim boards as a base moulding. I want to do this in my shop, just for peace of mind. So what everyone up too? - Broncitis - 08-01-2016 I used a 2x10 reinforced with a 2x4 on lower sides with OSB panels gluued and screwed at the seam. 16 was the longest lumber Lowes had so I had to have a joint. Was thinking sheetrock for fire retardence. I will look at cement board also. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G930A using Tapatalk So what everyone up too? - snipes243 - 08-01-2016 looks good dwight |
