Suck it up, cupcake and get back to work. All of them are still attached and blood isn't gushing. The pain is a good thing, let's you know they're still attached.
get better, if you can't get better- get better at it.
I did something similar in school with a radial arm saw. Scared the hell out of my boss. Thought he was going to have to sew the finger back on.

Think of it as chlorine in the gene pool. These things just have a way of working themselves out.
Can't wait to wheel. Vegas first, then wheel. May try to sneak a trip in while there. Friends that desert race. Too much fun.
