As opposed to any other day? :thefinger:

snipes243 Wrote:Also important for anyone who hasn't been to ure. You to stop at either the outpost or boondocks to pick up a trail pass. Eah trail pass is 5 dollars and its good for one day fyi.

Unless your name is Clay and you have an annual pass! :notworthy:

Had a great time once again! Huge thanks to all who came out and had a little fun! I think we had 13-15 rigs out there over the weekend.

We had a few broken parts, nothing too major. Trails were in great shape and there were a good number of people out and about. Someone said that at one point, we were really out in the BOONDOCKS Big Grin (Hopefully we can post a pic or 2 of that up).

Hope to see you all and hopefully some new faces next year. Sounds like the run of 2011 was the best yet! Hopefully 2000 TWELVE (you'd have to have been there) will be even more bester. SCbronco is saying he will have his rig running next year. We're keeping his feet to the fire on that!

Now for some pics: Disregard the K5 Blazer. Don't know what group that character was riding with Big Grin

And some more:

Words cannot describe the good-timeness had this year. Fri morning as I was putting another fuel pump on the truck and saying to myself, I don't want to go, I don't want to go, I'm now very glad I did. Fabulous trail conditions. Good turnout with the number of trucks, honorary members and a token Jeep. The Fri night wheeling, first I've done, was amazing. One day past full moon and clear as the air could be. Once again we escaped without a broken part or a new dent. Still have a little gas left in the tank. Enough to get it in the garage, anyway. Very light traffic on the way home and made it in just over 4 1/2 hours.
Thanks to all who came. Good friends, new friends. Look foreward to wheeling with any and all of you in the future.
Thanks, Chuck. Always an amusing time. CB4x4 rocks!

Tim

...and the Boondocks. An event unto itself. Long story but the drummer was goooood.
