Anyone heard about the "wicked wheel" for the '99 up 7.3? I stumbled on it the other day and now I can't find the link I was looking at. I believe it was just a replacement impeller on intake side. One guy said it was the same blade that came stock on the '95-97 Powerstrokes. Supposedly it reduces turbo lag and makes more boost under 1500 rpms. Big thing was it was less than $100.

yes that is a popular upgrade. the earlier years had a better wheel in the turbos with less turbo chatter.
