I'll be there with a small group(4-5 rigs) on Jan 15th, and the rest of Hardline is doing a run on the 29th. Wheeling Dixie is also discussing multiple dates within the next month, as are some guys on JeepForum.
The Gulches situation is all over the net, and every local club i've contacted so far is trying to do anything they can to help. Looks like everyone is really jumping in to support Skip. We have even discussed printing a bunch of fliers to put out around town.
Anyway, anybody who wants to meet up on the 15th, PM me. so far I'm the only Bronco in my group, so please someone join me. If you are interested, but another date works better for you, maybe I can hook you up with some guys on that date. I may even be back in early Feb

that sounds awesome, im suppose to be there on the 15th with a couple guys from chas...havent heard from them yet if they are still going...but i think i will anyway...on the 15th and 29th.

Great man, not sure if I've ever met you or not, but everyone from CB4x4 i have met so far has been awesome. I'd love to meet up when we get there and wheel. I'll PM you my # and you can give me a ring next week if your group doesn't come through, or even if they do.

i am bad about taking pictures and all that while working. perhaps i will take a few. no going back now. i had to destroy the original 9" housing to get the center section out. The truss that was welded to the housing was right against the center section.
Good thing I am tearing it apart. The output yoke on the t-case was about to fall off, the rear DS had a bad u-joint (exploded cap), and when I got the center section out it was cracked where they all crack by the pinion bearing retainer. Not to mention all the bent bolts and weak mounts. The new axles will be running 5.38's, which I already have setup. Can't wait to get it done and down to the gulches!!

aight, Ive been working on FBG al weekend fixing a bunch of little things. I plan to be there on the 15th and the 29th! both of those trips will be a one day Sat trip.

I am planning for the 29th. What time do we want to meet? I have never been there. Is the parking centralized, making it easy to meet up? It will take me a little longer to get ready. I'm gonna have to put the donut tires on the rig to get it on the trailer. It looks like it is gonna be 85" wide now...
