time to push the limits - chuzie - 04-10-2008 I know the feeling Chuck. Are you considering reversing you decision to make her a dedicated trail rig? time to push the limits - broncomatt - 04-10-2008 Unless you pull the tags it never has to be a dedicated anything. I hardly ever drive mine(gas prices:crying but some times I need to move something in the yard and I use it, just because. I have even been know to just jump in and drive it threw the back woods just so I can remember what its like.:mug: There is nothing like jumping in and cranking down the street in an eb:rebel: Broncomatt time to push the limits - bucketobolts - 04-10-2008 Quote:There is nothing like jumping in and cranking down the street in an eb I second!!! And I love to tell people "NO! It's not a Jeep!" I think it is about time to pull my doors off for the summermokin: time to push the limits - chuzie - 04-10-2008 Oh crap. I just remembered I have to get my tag back from florida to put on the bronco when I get back. time to push the limits - blazinchuck - 04-10-2008 here's my junk in the middle of suburban junk:hysterical: time to push the limits - SC74 - 04-10-2008 That's awesome Chuck! Next you need to bring it in to work covered in mudupergrin: time to push the limits - blazinchuck - 04-10-2008 been there done that...kinda got asked in(a nice way) to leave the marsh next to the river c'mon! But, they never came back the next few times me and Scott blazed a fresh dirt road through the lot:hysterical: I can say, today was a good test(mid 80's) she ran a constant 180. Every time I stopped(bank/school) she would rise to 190, then com eright down to 180 after restart. I did notice the back driver caliper drag once(created some smoak) but, never happened again, and the heat was pouring in from the dang floor:eek: I even have the fresh air duck disconnected, so no moving air should be forced into the heater housingcratchhe: I dont think the heater fan was running either, when it is...the volt drops to 12.5-13v for low and 12v for high. All the voltage was at 14 all evening. I just got home, so now I will check a few things out...I do know this gear banger is not for daily use. Might switch back to stock 435 shifter for a while. time to push the limits - cuz1 - 04-10-2008 Do you get a lot of stairs when crusing down the road? I know I do, I see people looking around at stop lights to find out who in the hell is making all that noise. I love it!:rebel: time to push the limits - blazinchuck - 04-10-2008 yeah, I even got a couple of waves from a 2 chicks at the stop light:xyxthumbs: time to push the limits - bucketobolts - 04-10-2008 My headers really build a lot of heat under the tub. It seems to migrate in through my removable tunnel cover. Feels pretty good in the winter, but will cook your right ankle in the summer. I want to vent my inner fender wells to see if it helps dissipate some of the heat. |
