ok boys, sorry been at it for most of the day. went to meet Detowman(Dean) and his wife Tanya...had an awesome time!!! Dean hooked me up with a tailgate:xyxthumbs: Shawn worked his magic and the tailgate is about another hr or two away from perfect! its shorted and welded in place-looks great. I got my harness lastnight and started that today. got everything routed right and waiting on the computer...ill finish that up tomorrow. Im planning to run the computer right where the big 5" hole came through the pass side for the heater. were gonna full that in for the computer. i was able to run all my fuses and relays inside with the main harness to the computer. Going with some oval LED tail lights and round white LED rev. lights...in some flush mount panels we made tonight.i destroyed my taillights last nov run...lol(caught fire too...hehe)

Dean, thank you again!!! You and Tanya are awesome!! The restaurant was perfect!!!!!!

Sounds great Chuck. I've been debating on what to do for taillights also, but I don't have the space for them either without doing some more tube work and making space. We did find some cool LED flush mount ones at a truck stop though. Maybe your ideas will spark me to do something for tailights.

been at it again. got the new harness for the 5.0 installed. im pissed that it doesnt include the alt. wiring, its also too short to attach to my IAC sensor(i need one with a 90 degree plug-not straight out). I think i will raise hell with them tomorrow-it only cost $550!!!!

Moody has been working his butt off on the dove-tail...got it looking saweet!

a few pics, the tailgate is what Dean hooked me up with Fri @ lunch & these pics are now.

we still need to trim a little more off the bottom of the truck on the pass side under the tail light area.
