It really depends on how bad it is. Obviously the extremely deteriorating stuff will not provide continuity to ground.

Well the rain has put a stop to my floor repairs at this time. Thats OK tho we need the rain and I just thru a 50 lb bag of pasture rye grass seed out around my deer stands in SC today. This rain should germinate it.

Got all the 11 ga. panels cut and welded on the drivers side and the 16 ga. cut and fitted. Still have a 2 in. x 10 in. piece to cut an then weld the 16 up and the rear section will be patched. I am sure you guys know how mean humidity is, well it plum whips me. I used to work 12 hour shifts at the saw mill mostly welding and heavy maintenance. Couldn't do that any more. If I did they'd have to bury me or run me thru the chipper. I'll see what I can get done tomorrow. Hope to finish the floors.

I got the drivers side welded out this morning. Now on to the front portion of the passenger side floor.

I think you're to too tough to be run through a chipper.

Sounds like you've about got it done.

I would feel bad for the chipper.

Its according to how fresh the blades and anvil are on that chipper. LOL. Heres what I cut out of passenger floor a few minutes ago.[Image: bda586632f272b63cb2c5dabc2f4cb95.jpg]

The floors have been patched and painted. The front portions will have to wait for cooler weather. [Image: a34be081c167044e7c885d3df14143d2.jpg]

I got the mount and sliders put in and the drivers seat bolted in. The bolts needed to mount the seat to the sliders needs to have a thin head in order to allow the slider to move to its limit fore and aft. Can someone tell me what those bolts are called.

Not sure on bolts. On nuts they do a jam nut that is thinner. I would probably use a button head allen head type bolt. They are pretty low profile.
