Did you get those parts on classic??? i really wanted to see this come together!

lowered EB streetrod... - blazinchuck - 03-24-2012

nope, ill came to come back to this in a couple years when things are better

dusting off this thread....i still have my frame and Fatman custom crossmember (but thats it)

im thinking... get the 77 painted and move forward with this slammed EB.

since i was a jerk and got rid of everything...ill be looking again for more stuff.

Nooooo! What will you drive then?? From a money standpoint, I think if you painted the 77 you could get a bunch out of it complete. Not sure how your funds are, but if you could put one together and then sell the 77, that'd be ideal.

bart, i aint talking bout selling the 77!

im talking bout gathering parts again and looking for a tub i can use for a slammed bronco.

lowered EB streetrod... - broncosbybart - 03-25-2013

guess I was really tired when I read your post. I thought you meant using the painted 77 body for the slammed project and trying to sell the rest of the chassis off the 77 to fund the remainder. I helped out with the ECORS race this past weekend and am operating on minimal sleep.

MikeD up in Greenwood has lots of parts. I know for a fact he has an uncut tub along with a cut tub. Mike drives a different bronco every day of the week! Im going back up there soon, next weekend or after.

Mike has an uncut 66 tub right now. Crawdad its the one you laid your floor vinyl on... He hasn't decided if he's going to keep it or not. He picked up some 66 doors last weekend for the tub. If he tells me he's going to sell it ill let you know ASAP. It's in damn good shape... Still has original paint. Ill know more after he gets back from the super celebration.

thats cool although...its probably to rich for my blood lol

MikeD is very resonable. Bet he will be a lot cheaper than you may think. He has the matching front uncut fenders that go with that tub as well, though he is selling them on Classic Broncos. I have found that he can be hard to contact, easpecially returning messages or emails. But once you get him on the phone he will talk your ears off! Wink Jbass is just down the road from him so he should be able to help you out.
