For anyone that has already lost or is about to lose your job. SCjoblink.org has listings for D&D workers at the Savannah River Site. 500ish jobs to start with and up to 3000 when in full swing. These are supposed to last, stimulus money being what it is, from 2 1/2 to 3 years. Talk is of 6-12s. Contact e2 at e2.com for information. Web posting says from $25-$50/hr depending on what they hire you for. Skilled crafts, elec, RadCon (if you have to ask, its not you) first line supervisors, etc. Worth looking into and maybe commuting for some. Hope it helps someone.
