head identification - cuz1 - 03-17-2009 I have a pair of heads off a 302 #C80E. Anyone have any input on what these may be--- good or bad? carl head identification - bucketobolts - 03-17-2009 They could be either 53 or 63 cc chambers. Most likely they are first gen 302 design. But could be 4V heads if the chambers are 53cc's. Don't know what a street value would be. They would definitely be worth more to someone doing a #'s matching resto. If your wanting to use them for performance, it would be much cheaper and easier to buy aftermarket and achieve better performance. head identification - cuz1 - 03-17-2009 I have a guy who wants to buy the motor and I was trying to tell him what heads were on it. head identification - trkbilder - 03-17-2009 The number tells me they are off of a '68 Torino. The c is for 60 the 8 is for 68 and the 0 is the designation for Torino. They are more than likely the large chamber heads, just my $.02 worth. :xyxthumbs: |
