This has been a very bad year for my family. I just got the call from my Vet. My little Chiuahuah, Ren has passed away. He has been my little buddy for 18 long years. He has been in declining health. I came home Thursday to find him laying in the living room unable to get up. He had not eaten or drank any water all day. I carried him to the Vet to find his kidneys had quit working. The Vet gave him an IV to try to jump start them. Saturday morning he was beginning to improve. He was tired and has lived a well pampered life. He will be greatly missed. God speed little buddy...

Dang Aaron - I hate to hear that man. It's amazing how close we grow to our animals. They truly do become our best friends. It sounds like he lived a great 18 years. Keep your head high man!

I lost my cat, Midnight, last year after 15 long and wonderful years together. my heart goes out to you. There's nothing that can replace the love and attachment we have for our animals. Godspeed indeed little Ren!!! :xyxthumbs:
