efi - berg bronco - 09-05-2010 I have a 1998 mustang gt engine with 90,000 original miles on it that a friend of mine is selling. his daughter wrecked it a few years ago and its been sitting out of the weather since then. he said he would sell the motor, tranny, all the wiring harness, everything under the hood for 800.00 does that sound fair? i dont need it but thought id jump on it if it was a good deal, unless one of you guys want it. oh ya how hard would the install be on a bronco? efi - blazinchuck - 09-05-2010 i paid 750...but maybe you could sell the tranny to a mustang guy and make back some cash. i also bought the rjm harness which is plug and play...but you can use the original harness... efi - berg bronco - 09-05-2010 Ya I was thinking it was worth about 700. so all I would need for a swap would be motor with out the harness what about radiator? or could you use the bronco radaitor efi - blazinchuck - 09-05-2010 EB radiator...with a crossover lower tube(its what i have). i also saw some guy on classic selling modified 5.0 harness for about $250, might be worth looking into efi - bucketobolts - 09-06-2010 cratchhe:...the '98 has a 4.6...correct? The modular package is rather wide and has a different bellhousing bolt pattern than a push rod engine. It would make an interesting build. efi - chuzie - 09-07-2010 no on the 98. |
