BIG BUDGET BRONCO - twinturbofool - 09-27-2010

Hey guys , new here and wanted to share my new project and get your intake on it. Its a 82 full size with a 460 on 38.5x16x15s thats why I called it the BIG BUDGET this bronco came with a 351m but it spun a rod bearing and I got a 460 from a 84 f250 with the 4 barrel intake but no carb. new .10 crank. I tore it all down and found 2 broke rings and the bearings showing some copper. I am gonna get a re-ring kit and put it all back together with a new oil pump also. It will need two tires for the front, they are worn really good. It has a 6inch suspension lift with a 3 inch body lift. The body, to my suprise dosent have any rust except on the tailgat bottom. It has a few dings but nothing major which is right up my alley me being a automotive painter. I know the engine will bolt up to my tranny and the exhaust will work.
The motor mounts I will fabricate, I pulled up the LL motor mounts and they looked too easy to make so I will do them myself unless anyone knows of a stock set that will fit. I tell ya the PULL A PART salvage yard I got my 460 from by the way was $165 out the door has alot of trucks and alot of 4x4 truck parts. I will try to get some pictures up real soon. My budget for this build is $4000,
bronco purchase was $900
460 purchase was $165
460 re-ring kit was $ 110 shipped ebay

parts I need are :
4 barrel carb.
2- 38.5x16x15s super swampers - used it okay
460 power steering pump( not sure if my 351m will work)
460 motor mounts
thanks for any help and any information you can send my way. Let the build begain.
