I am taking a 69 EB tub that has been sitting in my yard for quite awhile and doing some surgery to it.I havent decided the total direction that I am going but it will be Narrowed and stretched to fit on my 12 in over rolling chassis on 38's that has been neglected for to long.I took the cutoff wheels to it today and made some progress on it.I still havent decided if I am gonna cut it behind the cab and make a seperate Mini Bed for it or Just stretch the whole thing. The Green tape represents the 7.5 in cutline behind the drs.

I like the idea of cutting it 7" back and tubing the rear. Maybe hang some rear fender skins on it and call it good. That way you can mount a fuel cell and tool box in the tube work in the rear.

The Pumpkin Runs and Drives and now resides in Roberts Garage. It is up to Robert to spend some coin and get gears and Lockers in there so we can button up the little things.

I am leaning that way also but just havent committed to cutting it just yet.

what are your plans for it? strictly trail rig? i cut it all out of the ecors rig. no regrets. saved a lot of weight and got rid of a lot of bad metal. yeah, mud comes up from the back end now (no rear wheelwells), but eh...

i am not a sheet metal kinda guy i guess. it wasn't too hard to fab everything up out of tube. i don't like fab work as much as i thought i would, but i guess it is the lesser of 2 evils....

total hijack here, but I checked on the D60 stuff Robert. I have a new set of 5.13's for the rear axle. the carrier that was supposed to be a detroit is not a detroit. looks like a mini spool... don't have anything else, but didn't want to forget about you. pm me if you are interested in the gear set.

back on topic, let me know if you need the floor section for that thing. i'm trying to strip that body tub down this week. i like what you are doing!!!

It will be a trail truck only. I just looked through the race truck build and I may go that direction also but I am gonna narrow it a bit to save body panels with the 38/s that are on the rolling chassis.
I had PT today so I didnt get to work on it but will be back on it tomorrow .

I saw what Keith has gotten done on Saturday and talked about talked about what direction he is taking it ... it makes me jealous! There will be a ton of creativity in this bronco and it will be a one of a kind. He's gotten a lot of cutting done since his last pics.

Keith - Charge your d*amn camera batteries and post some pics up!
