They brought back the FJ so I often wonder if Ford would bring back the Bronco. But the way emissions are these days I'm scared the Bronco platform would be based off the Explorer unibody, plastic panels and a ecoboost V6. The aluminum F150 4x4 platform would be a good starting point. The Broncos biggest competitor will be the Jeep Wrangler. So Ford would have to make it with a removable hard/ soft top with useful roll bar. Giving the bronco a third door like the FJ would be a nice touch too but that's me dreaming!

Haha I thought the same thing when I read it. And if you look at the pictures carefully it's actually duck tape stripes not paint.
