P.S./Hydraboost - JayT - 05-14-2008

I desperately need to upgrade my BB steering (and prolly brakes) b4 my next outing. Anyone have some suggestions (right now it's stock and running 35s) - besides getting my EB done and wheelin it instead.

Thanks,
JayT

I am not sold on my hydro assist steerting. It works great crawling but it is slow to respond at higher speeds. Not sure what I will do to fix my problemConfusedcratchhe:

what year is the bb ????? 35's i'd try a saginaw pump first. i had 42's on my 79 and just a saginaw pump and it did real good . just not good enough on big rocks. thats when i went with the ram assist and 44's .

Thanks... It's a 90. I'll try the sag pump and add the ram soon. I'll post back when it's done to let other know what my experience is.

I realy like a good ps box(f250 on my eb) and a saginaw pump. If it wont turn, bring up the rpm and it will help.
For a dedicated rock bugy I can see wanting hydro, but for multi wheeling I would not.
