NC chapter get together - broncomatt - 08-20-2008
I want to bounce the idea of a fall trail ride/cruse.
This is the idea that I mentined in prevous threads, but now I'm looking for imput as to who would be interested.
This idea is geared more to the stockers, since there isnt any hard core stuff.
The plan,
Meet up in wilkesboro nc(morning), head to a local place called whipporwhill (legaly a road, but with several water crossings and some places to play)
Come out of there and up HW16 to the parkway, accross the parkway to blowing rock(maybe lunch at a rest area), down HW321 to brown mt. Park( rough road to the top, some good views)
Then out too morginton/or back to wilkesboro depending on where you came from.
Just a day out enjoying our broncos, on and off the trail. Nothing a stock bronco cant do, with no risk of hurting the body.
I plan to scout out the road to brown Mt as I have heard it has been rough at times. Let me know what yall think,

When is this being planned? I would like to get up that way after the leaves change some. Should make for some pretty views.
