I just talked with Bart @ DC's and we decided to go with March 29th(a saturday)...as of now there is no rain date. If we require one, the show will be on the 22nd and the rain date would be the 29th. I told them not to worry about the rain dates.

They also wanted to know what to donate...I told them to look out for the big broncos :lol: since we had so many EB vendors last year. I will also check out the BII vendors for their support! If someone knows who or what vendor I should contact, please let me know. Thanks,Chuck

Make sure yall take lots of pics and lots of posts so I can feel like I was there. Maby I will give Chuck a pic of my rig to take so it can be there in spirit. :lol:

Hey Ya'll - I'm back after a short break....I finally have a computer at home now and I switched jobs....great change for the new year!

Can't wait for us to put this event on....don't forget I'm 10 minutes from Dennis Carpenter's if you need anything locally....also, Chuck, I live a 1/2 mile from Skip and run into him often - I'll pass the date on to him and if you need to get in touch with him I can get you his numbers....just let me know.....

One thing that a couple of people talked about for the next event is to see if DC's could put us up by the road for more exposure as opposed to where we were at last year......I know there's more room in the back but it was kind of hidden from the public....I think we'd have a lot more people dropping in the other way....I've seen them hold other shows out front....just a thought..

Also - David and I DID make it down to your neck of the woods, Chuck, but we didn't get a chance to look you up....my bad.....we'll be back down there soon, though, and the next time there won't be any excuses! I thought you had your cell # posted on one of the threads but never looked back to find it....are you in the book down there?

I think it would be good to promote BII's as I know we'll have a few for sure there this year....

I used to live behind the race track not even 2 miles from there. I went over there several times when I was going to college at UNCC. Thats really cool. I might have to be a lurker since I do not know if I will have a bronco by then. But cool deal for yall. 8)
