thast a vent hose that hooks to the tblock on brake line.
If you can't fix it with a hammer and a welder then your gonna need a new one!

Go to lowes and i bet you can put some stuff together.

It's the vent hose to vent your differential. It goes thru the brake block. I'd put a new piece of hose on it and run it up somewhere high so it doesn't get submerged if you go through water.

What they said. you can get new rubber fuel line at your local auto parts store to fix it. Get several feet of it. You can use a hose clamp to secure it to the axle and a zip tie or similar to secure it to the frame. from the factory, there should be a metal clamp on the upper end that you can re-use if it is still there.
