I agree, and may be able to help with option 3. Got plenty of spare exhaust parts from my rig.

Bring them on by when you get a chance. I know I could use some of that too in order to smooth out a few issues with mine too.

Thx!

I'm leaning towards the BCB 2 into 1 exhaust system, although I'm worried about making it work with the L&L long tube headers.

My wife has agreed to buy me the exhaust system for our 2 year anniversary present.

So she is setting an early precedence in the marriage to give Bronco parts. Make sure you keep that going. What are you going to get her? Perhaps something she can use when riding in the Bronco? I think she would really like to have onboard air or HID headlights, etc. Go for the gold ad screw the traditional cotton gift. If she wants cotton, get her a cotton seat cover to go in your Bronco!

Progress! The engine is in, and more!

Chuzie worked all day prepping and painting the transmission and transfer case. It turned out awesome! THANKS MAN!!!

By the time I got off work and got to Chuck's house around 6 today, Mike and Chuck had the engine resting on the engine mounts. We got the Trans and TC bolted up and the headers in place.

I'm so stoked on the progress tonight thanks fellas!

The inside of the truck also got a final top coat of paint over the POR 15 we applied over the front passenger area up to the fire wall. (no pics)

Looking really good, fellas! A little late to the game, but you did grind the cam bolt down this time before installing the explorer t-chain cover, right? I had to do that on the green 76 I'm working on.

My vote is for a custom exhaust setup. You can't go wrong, as long as they do what you tell them to. I couldn't be happier with the one I had done on the racer. Was a bit more than the BC setup, but it fits awesome.

What did you decide on for an engine harness?

Thanks, Luckily I have a couple of experienced techs helping me out and the cam bolt was ground down.

The 2 into 1 exhaust system (2.5"x 2 in ,3" out muffler + pipes) has been ordered from BCB and we will make it fit with the long tube headers.

The harness is the stock Mustang harness that I bought with the engine. I sent it out to Ric at Kolibar Kustoms to have it reworked for the Bronco.

This is coming along nicely! I just want to know what does it take to have Chuzie drive from FL to work on your truck while you and Chuck are at work Confusedupergrin: Congrats on the progress
