Loc-tite is a must but difficult to get a good application with a fluid soaked apparatus.

Also, a beefed up backing plate is a good idea to prevent fatiguing the frame from the constant strain of the box.

FWIW- I once had a rag joint snap while on the highway doing about 60! God was watching over me that day.
