Yes of coarse I'm going to keep the sheet metal. I'm thinking about using Dzus fasteners on the sheet metal making each panel removable for ease of working on late on. Only dislike about them is if you don't use enough or in right places, the panels may rattle. But I may have a fix for that.
I plan on moving the axle out to where the factory X members are located. That puts the wheelbase out to 112-114". I may ditch the front stinger altogether. I like the ideal of having a 90* approach angle
