Goes something like this. If, as Matt says, you tighten the bolts incorrectly one side, top or bottom, of the cap will pull. In order to correct this and get no lean you have to remove both arms from their rear mount, tie rod, drag link etc. so the front axle with radius arms attached can rotate to the floor. If both arms hit the floor at the rear at the same time, no lean. If one hits before the other you have to loosen one or the other and retighten til they both line up the same. Hope that helps.
