Thanks guys! You are all like family to me. Mom is doing well and in good spirits. She has had several good days this week.
The doctors sent biopsy's to San Diego for a more conclusive analysis. They diagnosed her condition as hepatocellular carcinoma. This is a very rare liver cancer for people in the USA. Most of the time it starts with a liver disease like hepatitis or cirrhosis. She has had neither. We do not ask why or why it has selected our family. But we face this with friends, family, and God.
