I know the feeling chuck, I've been working at the same place for 3 years and not had a raise yet. Even after reaching mastertech and GTR, nothing. With things the way they are it isnt realy worth changing to another dealership, there all starving! For now I just try and keep things working, and do what I can with what parts I have.
Just keep wheeling and dealing and you'll get the parts to get it done. Just keep your eye on the prize.
