Tubing Bender
#15
bucketobolts Wrote:I bought the Pro105 bender, 240* 1 3/4" die, and hole saw notcher from a guy off NC4x4 for $400. It was new, never used. I then used scrap pipe to build the cart. The ram was around $100 with the warranty, that by the way just paid for itself.

A good quality bending machine and die set are well worth the money. Also worth the investment is the BendTech Pro software. It removes a lot of the human error.

I've got the BendTech EZ and it looks very elementary compared to the shots you have shown of your BendTech. That may be worth spending the money on.

I wish we had gotten the 240* dies now also. There are some bends that we can't make with the 110*. We've got over $1,000 in our with the ProTools ram and 1", 1.5", 1.75", and 2" dies.
