I did think about pork jerky but was not sure about it since you have to be so carefull to fully cook pork so I decided not to, that being said I do make some mean deer jerky but that wont happen till gun season if the deer do their part. Just got back from the beach im red as a lobster but I hope to see a good turnout, keep up the good work Rhonda and ill also keep an eye out
