you may find one of those versa buildings at a pep boys on sale. i had one for about 6 months while mine garage was being built. i got a heck of a deal on it and then sold it for the same price as i bought it. it had the sides and zip up door also.
If you can't fix it with a hammer and a welder then your gonna need a new one!
