I guess the SPCA thinks that hunting is cruelty to animals. Perhaps they feel that allowing the deer and other species populations to grow out of control, resulting in the eventual depletion of food supplies and starvation of the animal, is more humane.

Just as the devil's advocate, I can see how those that destroy habitats through irresponsible wheeling may possibly disturb the SPCA. I am all for wheeling when and where appropriate.
