Well I scored an aluminum rad on classic, since the one in the roadster has been patched with no repair fixing the problem. Today I swapped it out, the fan mounted easy but the install was more than I expeded. Once it was installed it worked great. I do wish I had painted the rad black to make it look better threw the grill but its done now. Once the coolant was bled out it ran 180 with the fan on. Very happy with every thing done now.
I also picked up a carb rebuild kit for my YF carb that came with this truck, its a manual choke but here in fla thats not a big concern. Got the rebuild kit and choke cable for $25. Stay tuned for that fix next.
