Yeah, it wasn't worth a picture
FYI, we (most of us) had a good time a URE as well. I say that because a certain aforementioned Che**y product had a transfer case split in half right by Kodak rock. Chuck and Moody were driving to Florence or somewhere today to get another case for it and were going to try and get it installed today. Called chuck but didn't get him. Don't know how they are making out.
The trails were muddier than I thought they'd be. It was actually nice to have to use 4wd a good part of the time, vs running in 2wd just about everywhere. It wasn't so messy that the trails were getting torn up, but it was challenging. We got stuck in a traffic jam Sat night at the bottom of the hill on Dutch John. I think we sat there for 2 hours waiting for people to get up it. Needless to say, all of us walked right up...
The trails were perfect today. No dust, tacky, and the weather was beautiful. Only trouble we had was Biff's truck starving for fuel on the rocky hill climb on Dikey Bell. He was almost to the top, too. Nick H dragged him up the hill with a tow strap. I was impressed.
It was a good time this weekend. Hope all can say that! Chuck and Moody, if you can see this, you're welcome to crash here tonight if you need to.
