So between work, my computer dying, and a general lack of time, I haven't been keeping this thread current.
Right now, the chassis is about done. I painted it with a product I've been wanting to try. Southern Polyurethanes epoxy primer and 'hot rod' black (semi-flat). Both of these paints are in line pricewise with the POR, KBS, and comparable products but I'm hoping they are better. It has been 4 months since the chassis was painted and the overspray still hasn't come off of my 'junk' work glasses. That is a good sign, as the other kinds will come off after a month or so. I'm sure that this is a good way to indicate how good a product is....
The chassis got new stainless hard lines, rebuilt C-4 as shown above, rebuilt 302 and will receive the Explorer intakes and Mustang MAF EFI stuff, new WH track bar riser, extreme U-bolt kit, and anti-wrap bar. A set of NicksTrix shackes was thrown in for good measure.
