LOOKING FOR: Dark or black wheels (Greenwood, SC)
#2
quickest easiest is to get the wheel specific paint, then paint what ya already got yourself. if you wanna not paint the tires, rather than fussing with tape that wont stick anyway, use a sponge and the silica based tire wet stuff to get the tire really wet and shiny (but not the rim), then paint, and use a blue shop towel to wipe away the residue from the tire. once the paint dries and cures up completely, you can use a strong tire cleaner to clean any paint residue from the tire that may have gotten by ya. after that, just treat with tire shine to put some moisture back in the tire, and your done.
