I too have a power line across my land. I have to pay tax on it but i can't do anything with it that would hinder safe passage of repair crews and equipment. Who owns it?
cratchhe: I pay tax on it so I guess I do, it's also included on the plat of my survey. I personally wouldn't want anyone wheelin' on it because I've spent the better part of 15 years clearing and landscaping it. Just my 2 pennies:jump:
