I bought an 87' Eddie Bauer about a week ago. Has 88K original miles on it and for it's age, is in great condition. A small amount of rust on the tailgate, but other than that, almost perfect. Engine runs great and is still very strong. The carb needs a rebuild, but I think that had been sitting for several months before I got it. It appears that the rear main seal is leaking and the rear window is off the track. Other than that, she is a nice truck. I paid $1500 for it, so I figured it was worth that.
I guess this should go in the tech section, but the motor is a 351w and I was wondering if the rear main seal was a 2 piece or one piece? Any help would be great.
