I see that different vendors offer axles for the Dana 44. Jeff's sell's Moser's and WH sell's them without a name. There is about a 300$ price difference. Are all chromos created the same? Why should I buy Moser's? I remember Chuck saying he broke his behind the hub one time. I would think the brand name would come with a warranty. I am planning on 36" tires and I have already broke the axles with 33"s. Due to a heavy right foot. I hope that the chromolys would stand up.

I'm surprised that chuck hasn't replied yet (not to throw him under the bus), but I'm pretty sure he's broken the Mosers a couple of times... I might be wrong though... That tends to happen, especially when I speak out of turn. I can't speak about the WH axles, but give em a call and ask what brand and warranty they carry, they are normally very good to us.
