I'm a quitter ... wish me luck!
#1
Well guys and gals it's time to give up the Coppenhagen.

I was watching my daughters playing the other day and realized that there
are many unknown things that could kill me at any minute and take me away from them.
I asked myself the question "Why am I purposely using tobacco?" I'm not
just hurting myself, I'm possibly hurting anyone who ever cared about me.

So after 20 some odd years of Coppenhagen, I have been tobacco free for
12 days now and doing well.

I thought I would post up and send this out to the universe to help keep me accountable!
If anyone sees me with a can of Coppenhagen you have my permission to beat the sh*t out of me!

Thanks in advance to the Bronco family for your support!

Bill

Congrats Bill. I am very proud of you. If your nerves get to you and you need some one to yell out give me a call. I am going to be getting up with you soon. I want to show you my newest purchase. Hang in there and with the tabacco and start chewing gum....:xyxthumbs:

Dip is a hard thing to quit. I didn't go 20+ years, but it was hard enough after 7 years for me. I'd fool myself and switch to chewing tobacco to satisfy my dip crave, but I finally kicked it after who knows how many tries. 12 days is an awesome start! I finally found that the lifesaver mints were the trick for me.

You'll also find some extra cash to spend on that Bronco  Good Luck Bill :xyxthumbs:

The world hates a quitter...Sorry couldn't help myself.

No really keep it up! Even though I have never picked up tobacco as a habit, I have sworn against the stuff. One "look at this" session with my wife and her dental pathology book did it for me. The stuff may be a killer, but what could be worse is the maiming of the disease. Things just ain't the same after you have half of your pallet and mandible removed.

Those things are selling like wildfire here in NC since the no-smoking in public law went into affect... Did you get a certain flavor? Wish I bought some stock in em... Good luck, Gents! I'm curious how the e-cig works!
